The project included major HVAC upgrades, including a new plant room, chilled water systems, ventilation improvements, air conditioning, and mechanical services across customer, staff, and operational areas. In addition, we installed new hot and cold water services, drainage modifications, and mechanical services for the refurbished café and customer facilities.

HVAC upgrades, including a new dry air cooler (DAC), packaged heat pump air handling unit (AHU), ventilation improvements and air conditioning systems throughout the store.
Mechanical services for the refurbished café, customer toilets and back-of-house facilities, including new hot and cold water services, drainage and sanitaryware.
Ductwork, drainage and associated mechanical infrastructure modifications to support the refurbished store layout.
